Overview: This training will explore how to determine a winning strategy for the client in removal proceedings. Participants will learn how to evaluate a case, how to select the best remedy for relief, and how to present your case in Immigration Court . Participants will learn how to request administrative closure without litigation, where appropriate, through prosecutorial discretion.
