CLE, Community Discussion, and Celebration of New York Marriages!

Save the date! Monday, July 25, 7:00 pm: Just in time for the legal marriages in NY, Dylan Miles, Heba Nimr and Charlie Spiegel return to the SF LGBT Center with BALIF. These three family lawyer mediators will present to lawyers and the community at large a version of their CLE seminar and community discussion on marital planning: PreNup is NOT a Dirty Word. Questions will include: the choice to marry or not for currently unregistered and/or unmarried LGBT Californians, as well as for those who are already in legally recognized relationships; a review of some of the issues many address in pre-marital conversations and agreements; how to start a discussion of a prenuptial agreement with a partner, and time to answer lots of other questions of attendees.
