RaISA DYADKINA

As Spread Group’s sole U.S. legal counsel, Raisa supports the Spreadshirt, Inc. business with respect to all legal matters including corporate, commercial, business, and transactional. Raisa provides legal leadership and practical advice on the design, implementation, and iteration of policies, processes, and procedures to manage legal and business risks. She works closely with the Spread Group parent company's legal team, based in Germany, to maintain company-wide policies and practices.

Prior to joining Spread Group, Raisa worked at a global AmLaw top 50 law firm where she counseled clients on a broad range of technology transactions and intellectual property matters. During law school, she worked at the world’s largest live entertainment company, where she executed a brand protection and intellectual property enforcement strategy for over 100 musical artists. Raisa graduated from a San Francisco-based law school with a faculty-awarded Excellence in Intellectual Property Award and with specialization certificates in both Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. Prior to law school, Raisa lived in New York City and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.

Raisa enjoys serving her legal community and currently holds several leadership positions in local legal associations. She serves as a Co-Chair for Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF) and the Copyright Chair for the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association (SFIPLA). In her free time, Raisa enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and learning animal facts.
