Jon lucchese

Jon Lucchese (he / him) is a member of BALIF since 2008 and he joined the Board during the initial year of the pandemic to encourage membership outreach and BALIF programming even in the remote era.  He serves on the Gala and Membership Committees and was thrilled to see so much attendance, generous sponsorship and purpose when BALIF threw an in-person Gala in March 2023 after two years of very fun yet virtual Galas.

In his day job, Jon is a legal recruiter with over a dozen years of experience and specializes in the direct-hire placement of attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and other legal professionals with Robert Half’s law firm and corporate legal department clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento.

Prior to becoming a headhunter, Jon was a practicing attorney in the East Bay.  After graduating from UOP McGeorge School of Law in 2006, he became an associate at a commercial litigation and transactional boutique firm and later joined an insurance defense practice in Walnut Creek.

He lives with his spouse, Jason (who lovingly made beautiful plant bouquets for the last Gala with his creative partner Laura), in Martinez with their torbie cat Emma.
