Felicia Medina is the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office of Sanford Heisler, LLP, a national law firm that specializes in class action wage and hour and employment discrimination cases. Her practice focuses on advocating for individuals with race, gender, and sexual orientation claims. To that end, Felicia manages all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit settlement, discovery, summary judgment, and trial in a variety of discrimination and wage and hour matters. In addition to serving on the BALIF Board of Directors, she also is a board member of the Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center (LAS-ELC) and the Foundation for Advocacy, Inclusion, and Resources (FAIR).
Felicia graduated magna cum laude from University of Southern California, and she received her J.D. from Yale Law School. She began her legal career in the securities litigation and employment and labor practice groups of Morrison & Foerster, LLP.
