• Overview: Learn how to navigate the ins and outs of employment law in response to the modern “Gig” economy. The “Gig” economy encompasses the current wave of short-term work and independent contractors, such as Uber and Lyft drivers. It also addresses the needs of part-time workers, specifically those living with a disability who cannot work full time or are struggling to return to work. This training will discuss the current landscape of employment law in this independent, tech era.
